Provide broad in-house legal support across corporate structuring, trusts, finance transactions, capital and debt raising, procurement, supply agreements, corporate secretarial matters, and international operations. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts while advising commercial, finance, procurement, and senior leadership teams across Australia, Malaysia, and other markets.

Direct major data centre and mission-critical infrastructure developments from design and procurement through construction and operational handover. Lead multidisciplinary teams, governance, safety, risk, budgets, procurement, schedules, authority approvals, regulatory compliance, stakeholder engagement, and quality outcomes. Serve as Principal’s Representative while mentoring teams and driving continuous improvement. Requires extensive experience delivering complex infrastructure projects and strong commercial, leadership, negotiation, and regulatory knowledge.

Own and mature the enterprise Business Continuity Management System across Australia and Asia. Lead business impact analyses, establish recovery objectives, coordinate continuity plans, deliver training, run exercises and simulations, and maintain audit and certification readiness. The role also supports customer and regulator reviews, tracks contractual continuity commitments, and advises senior leadership on operational resilience across critical infrastructure environments.
