Lead identification and acquisition of land for data centres globally. Define site requirements, evaluate and negotiate sites, manage due diligence, ensure grid and utility viability, and coordinate stakeholders to secure approvals and enable development.

The CX Program Lead is responsible for mobilizing and executing customer experience programs, improving customer journeys, and delivering measurable outcomes within a 90-day timeframe while balancing business constraints.
