Frequently Asked Questions

Base Pay & Bonuses

Nexthink takes a thoughtful, data-driven approach to compensation. We believe in pay equity and fairness across every level and location, and we back that belief with regular audits and expert oversight. Our dedicated compensation team partners with external market specialists to review salary ranges, benchmark pay, and ensure our plans remain competitive within the tech industry.

Compensation and bonus structures are reviewed annually to stay aligned with both market trends and individual performance. We also provide transparent frameworks that help employees understand how pay decisions are made and how growth and performance connect to reward.

By combining external market data, internal equity reviews, and compensation expertise, Nexthink ensures our people are recognized and rewarded fairly for the impact they make — wherever they’re based in the world.

Perks & Benefits

Nexthink offers a variety of perks and benefits that are designed to support people in simple, meaningful ways — inside and outside of work.

Employees get access to a thoughtful Paid Time Off (PTO) program with clear guidelines to help them plan their time away. Everyone is encouraged to take at least two full weeks off each year, and after five years, employees receive a few extra days of seniority leave. The company also offers three paid volunteer days so people can give time to causes that matter to them. Additionally, employees can also request Unlimited PTO when it fits with team needs.

Nexthink provides generous parental leave, offering 16 weeks fully paid for primary caregivers and 6 weeks fully paid for secondary caregivers, with the option to extend with unpaid leave depending on local laws.

Learning and development are a natural part of working at Nexthink. Most learning happens through day‑to‑day work, but employees can also take advantage of opportunities like Coursera courses, leadership programs, conferences, and partial reimbursement for language classes. These options help people grow at their own pace and explore topics they’re curious about.

The company’s commitment to doing good goes beyond the office. Through its ESG initiatives, Nexthink invests in sustainability, recycling, e‑waste reduction, and community support — all part of a broader effort to have a positive impact.

Many locations also provide region‑specific extras such as:

  • Medical insurance plans
  • Pension contributions
  • Reimbursement for commuting or public transportation
  • Fitness or wellness allowances
  • Fruit, snacks, and drinks in the office
  • Weekly office activities that are social, fun, and engaging
