Use performance data (SCADA, monitoring, Power BI) to drive reliability and support commissioning, documentation, and continuous improvement.

Lead pursuit and delivery of government-funded innovation projects in Australia: develop grant strategies and applications, design and manage pilots/demonstrations, coordinate cross-functional teams, oversee milestone reporting and governance, and support technical deployment and commercialisation of new energy technologies.

Provide advanced technical support for mechanical, electrical, and communication systems of solar tracking products. Troubleshoot field issues, perform on-site testing and training, collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions, document cases, and support product improvements and customer success.
