The Senior Software Engineer will lead a squad to deliver technical solutions, architect enterprise SaaS applications, and ensure system performance, reliability, and security while fostering an engineering culture of excellence.

Lead AI adoption and stabilization for enterprise contact centers: execute adoption playbooks, optimize AI outputs (prompt engineering, knowledge alignment), validate UAT, analyze usage and KPIs, build adoption scorecards, and drive cross-regional stakeholder alignment to increase sustained AI value.

The Software Engineer will implement, configure and deliver AI solutions, focusing on integrations and conversational AI across the NICE CXone ecosystem, while ensuring quality and problem-solving in a collaborative environment.
