The Senior Software Engineer will lead a squad to deliver technical solutions, architect enterprise SaaS applications, and ensure system performance, reliability, and security while fostering an engineering culture of excellence.

Lead AI adoption and stabilization for enterprise contact centers: execute adoption playbooks, optimize AI outputs (prompt engineering, knowledge alignment), validate UAT, analyze usage and KPIs, build adoption scorecards, and drive cross-regional stakeholder alignment to increase sustained AI value.

Senior individual-contributor accountable for end-to-end delivery of large, multi-stream APAC programs across contact centre, workforce management and AI/automation. Own integrated plans, governance, risk, vendor and stakeholder management; coach Project Managers; chair steering committees; ensure programs meet scope, schedule, quality and compliance; act as senior escalation point for clients and partners.
