Designs and operates multi-cloud platform infrastructure across AWS and GCP. Responsibilities include Infrastructure as Code with Terraform and CloudFormation, CI/CD automation, shared platform service management, enterprise security tooling, observability, incident response, technical documentation, and cross-functional collaboration. The role also participates in on-call support and drives infrastructure reliability and governance.

Leads Nine’s 9Podcasts business and Social and Off-Platform team, setting digital audio strategy and overseeing original audio, video-first, and companion content. Owns P&L performance, sponsorships, sales partnerships, monetization, platform growth, and production optimization. Builds and mentors teams, manages high-profile talent, and drives innovation across podcast, video, and social formats. Requires senior leadership experience in digital audio or media, commercial expertise, podcast production knowledge, platform and analytics proficiency, and talent management experience.

Lead end-to-end testing for a QMS onboarding program across Finance and P&C systems. Own the master test strategy, governance framework, test plans, script baselines, defect management, SIT, E2E, UAT, parallel payroll testing, reconciliation, and production cutover validation. Partner with business SMEs, data teams, and stream leads to resolve blockers, manage defects, and support defensible go-live decisions.
