Generates and qualifies leads across APAC through cold calls, email, and social outreach, scheduling product demos for Account Executives. Maintains lead data and activity records in Salesforce, meets prospecting quotas and KPIs, communicates NinjaOne’s value proposition, handles objections, and tracks market and competitive activity.

Own and grow a portfolio of existing customer accounts through proactive relationship management, product adoption, renewals, cross-selling, and upselling. Serve as the primary customer contact, identify needs, resolve issues, maintain accurate Salesforce records, forecast opportunities, and support customer satisfaction and revenue growth.

Leads and develops a team of six Customer Success Managers, owning hiring, coaching, KPIs, quota accountability, net dollar retention, forecasting accuracy, and customer escalation support. Builds scalable operating processes, promotes AI tool adoption, supports complex customer scenarios, and partners with Customer Success leadership to improve team performance. The role requires Salesforce expertise, strong analytical and consultative skills, and experience in an IT-adjacent environment.
