Provide aerospace engineering support for KC-30A aircraft sustainment, technical investigations, airworthiness activities, engineering modifications, and continuous improvement. Assess technical information, support engineering governance, and mentor less experienced engineers within a regulated Defence aviation environment.

Leads strategic defense and government opportunity captures for Northrop Grumman’s Mission Systems business. Develops pursuit strategies, builds relationships with Defence stakeholders and industry partners, coordinates cross-functional teams, manages opportunity qualification and governance, and positions the company for long-term growth. Requires Australian citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain an AGSVA NV1 security clearance.

Leads capture governance and opportunity progression across Northrop Grumman Australia’s Defence portfolio. The role develops capture capabilities, tools, best practices, and reporting; supports capture managers and pursuit planning; and builds relationships with senior leaders, Defence stakeholders, industry partners, and strategic collaborators. It requires strategic leadership, knowledge of Defence and government acquisition processes, strong stakeholder engagement, commercial awareness, and the ability to drive outcomes in complex environments.
