Owns end-to-end financial reporting, month-end close, journals, reconciliations, P&L analysis, variance reporting, cost control, payroll journal analysis, SOX compliance, audits, and statutory reporting. Partners with stakeholders across Australian and US teams to provide financial insights, support business decisions, and implement process improvements. The role also supports accurate reporting and compliance across key business segments.

Leads certification planning and execution across Defence aviation programs, coordinating compliance demonstrations, approval activities, investigations, repairs, and engineering governance. Engages with DASA, Military Type Certificate Holders, Defence stakeholders, customers, and multidisciplinary engineering teams. Guides teams through airworthiness requirements, provides technical leadership and mentoring, and supports continuous improvement across multiple aircraft platforms and technologies.

Lead sourcing and subcontract activities from strategy to award and ongoing management. Run RFx processes, evaluate and negotiate with suppliers, draft and manage subcontracts and variations, monitor supplier performance, resolve commercial issues, support Australian Industry Capability initiatives, and drive continuous improvement in subcontracting processes.
