Supports planning, coordination, governance, reporting, scheduling, stakeholder engagement, and delivery tracking for Defence capability projects. The role monitors risks, issues, actions, dependencies, and milestones; coordinates meetings and reviews; prepares agendas, minutes, briefings, reports, presentations, and project documentation; and contributes to continuous improvement and project management best practices while working with Defence, industry, and multidisciplinary teams.

Develop and maintain cost models, estimates, forecasts, and financial analyses for Defence capability projects. Support business cases, procurement, investment decisions, affordability assessments, trade-off studies, cost assurance, and estimate validation. Analyze project, schedule, and financial data, identify risks and trends, and present evidence-based recommendations to Defence and industry stakeholders. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and apply Defence acquisition, sustainment, capability lifecycle, and investment governance methodologies.

Support CASG and Defence GWEO programs across acquisition, delivery and sustainment. Duties include engineering, test and evaluation, configuration and technical data management, ILS artefacts and sustainment planning, stakeholder engagement with APS/ADF/industry, and project delivery through Defence governance frameworks. Roles require Defence domain experience and security clearance.
