Supports planning, coordination, governance, reporting, scheduling, risk and issue tracking for Defence capability projects. Coordinates meetings and stakeholder engagement, prepares project documentation and briefing materials, monitors milestones and dependencies, and supports project leadership teams. The role contributes to continuous improvement and delivery best practices across GWEO AIR Domain programs while working with Defence, industry and multidisciplinary teams.

Develop and maintain cost models, estimates, forecasts, and financial analyses for Defence capability programs. Support business cases, procurement, investment decisions, affordability assessments, trade-off studies, cost assurance, and estimate validation. Analyze complex project, schedule, and financial data, communicate evidence-based recommendations, and collaborate with Defence, industry, and multidisciplinary teams. The role requires an active NV1 AGSVA security clearance and Australian citizenship.

Nova Systems is seeking professionals across multiple disciplines such as EO Engineers, Cyber Engineers, ILS Consultants, and Project Managers to support the Guided Weapons and Explosive Ordnance programs for the Australian Department of Defence.
