Leads the Group’s second-line compliance, controls, and ethics function. Responsibilities include improving the compliance framework, managing obligations and controls, providing guidance and training, analysing compliance data, coordinating investigations, supporting internal audit governance, and leading a small team. The role partners with senior stakeholders across a diverse, regulated business to strengthen governance, ethical decision-making, risk-based practices, and continuous improvement.

Leads end-to-end process optimisation and continuous improvement initiatives across Roadside. Applies Lean Six Sigma, DMAIC, BPMN process mapping, root cause analysis, and operational data insights to redesign processes, improve member experience, strengthen frontline effectiveness, reduce costs, and deliver measurable benefits. Facilitates cross-functional workshops, partners with operational and technology teams, tracks outcomes, embeds controls, and coaches teams in continuous improvement methods.

Manages end-to-end sourcing, tendering, supplier engagement, commercial analysis, contract administration, and purchase-to-pay activities. The role analyzes spend, pricing, demand, and supplier performance to identify savings and operational improvements, while supporting procurement governance, compliance, stakeholder relationships, supplier onboarding, and continuous process improvement. This is a hybrid position based across SIXT Australia’s Sydney offices and home working.
