Lead operational excellence and process optimisation for Roadside, managing a team of improvement specialists to deliver enterprise-wide transformation using Lean Six Sigma, BPMN 2.0 and data-led insights to improve member experience, frontline effectiveness and reduce cost to serve.

Deliver and own operational reporting, dashboards and ad-hoc analysis using governed data. Partner with stakeholders to translate business questions into insights, ensure data quality, documentation, and apply data governance in an Agile environment.

Lead the Roadside portfolio to prioritise, coordinate and deliver programs into frontline operations. Manage a team, oversee portfolio sequencing and dependencies, drive solution design to implementation, ensure operational readiness and testing, manage risks and governance, and communicate with stakeholders to achieve successful adoption and value delivery.
