Lead complex, cross-functional business projects from planning through implementation and post-implementation review. Manage project teams, risks, issues, budgets, dependencies, governance, reporting, stakeholder communication, change management, testing, training, and technology releases. Support business cases and continuous improvement of project management frameworks. The role requires adapting Agile and Waterfall methods and coaching junior project managers.

Casual General Purpose Hands support safe ferry operations under the Master’s direction. Duties include handling deck lines and boarding hardware, passenger assistance, ticket validation, watch keeping, cleaning vessel areas, maintaining passenger safety, and selling kiosk beverages in compliance with alcohol-service requirements.

Manage the safe navigation and daily operation of a passenger vessel under 45 metres. Responsibilities include supervising crew, ensuring passenger safety and satisfaction, maintaining vessel systems and records, enforcing security procedures, coordinating emergency responses, conducting training and drills, and maintaining compliance with maritime regulations and company safety standards.
