Develops automotive technical solutions, guides, bulletins, training resources, videos, and support materials for roadside assistance teams. Researches technical information, responds to specialist enquiries, supports training programs, contributes to national projects and industry research, and evaluates tools and innovations. The role requires collaboration with stakeholders across Australia, strong documentation and communication skills, automotive trade expertise, and attention to detail.

Support tax compliance, reporting, governance, and advisory activities across the NRMA Group. Prepare tax effect accounting, income tax returns, GST, FBT, and statutory reporting; liaise with auditors and revenue authorities; maintain tax controls and frameworks; support acquisitions and integrations; improve processes through automation; provide forecasting information and guidance to junior tax staff.

Handle inbound calls from prospective and existing members regarding NRMA Roadside Assistance memberships. Identify customer needs, recommend suitable solutions, complete sales, and deliver empathetic, professional service in a high-volume contact centre. The role requires meeting sales KPIs, navigating multiple computer systems, adapting to changing processes, and working independently within a rotational hybrid roster.
