As a Master <45m, you will ensure the safe navigation and operation of the vessel, manage crew and passenger safety, and maintain vessel systems and compliance with regulations.

Lead and manage a regional frontline Roadside Assistance team (30-40 FTE): recruit, develop, and manage performance; oversee daily service delivery, safety incident response, quality assurance, industrial relations, and financial monitoring to meet business priorities.

As a Master <45m, you will manage the safe operation and navigation of the vessel, oversee crew performance, and ensure passenger safety and satisfaction while complying with maritime regulations and safety standards.
