The Account Director will drive growth in Local Government by managing relationships, retaining customers, acquiring new business, and leading enterprise sales opportunities.

Own territory growth for enterprise SaaS solutions sold to government and regulated organizations. Develop strategic account plans, build executive relationships, manage complex consultative sales cycles, respond to tenders, negotiate high-value contracts, and deliver revenue targets. The role requires strong public-sector procurement knowledge, enterprise software sales experience, pipeline forecasting, Salesforce proficiency, and the ability to collaborate with presales, product, consulting, and marketing teams.

Principal Platform Engineer responsible for architecting AWS platforms, internal developer tooling, CI/CD automation, infrastructure as code, and AI/ML infrastructure. The role drives platform strategy, security, reliability, scalability, cost optimization, and developer productivity while influencing technical direction and mentoring engineers. Experience with AWS, Terraform, CloudFormation, GitLab, programming, developer portals, cloud security, and LLM platforms is expected. A valid NV1 clearance or ability to obtain one is required.
