Coordinate end-to-end tender and proposal submissions, liaise with Sales, Technical, Legal, Product and Services teams, prepare and format responses, monitor tender portals, manage timelines and bid documentation, organise review meetings, track bid performance, and support sales administration while continuously improving bid processes and templates.

Manage post-sale customer relationships for Objective Connect, driving product adoption, renewals and expansion. Understand customer workflows, run reviews, trainings and workshops, surface feedback to Product and Engineering, monitor customer health, and collaborate with Sales, Support and internal teams to ensure strong outcomes and growth.

Design and build cloud-native full-stack applications, own technical decisions and architecture, improve CI/CD/observability, lead incident response, mentor engineers, and drive adoption of AI-assisted engineering to improve quality and delivery.
