Coordinate end-to-end tender and proposal submissions, liaise with Sales, Technical, Legal, Product and Services teams, prepare and format responses, monitor tender portals, manage timelines and bid documentation, organise review meetings, track bid performance, and support sales administration while continuously improving bid processes and templates.

Manage post-sale customer relationships for Objective Connect, driving product adoption, renewals and expansion. Understand customer workflows, run reviews, trainings and workshops, surface feedback to Product and Engineering, monitor customer health, and collaborate with Sales, Support and internal teams to ensure strong outcomes and growth.

Manage a portfolio of SaaS implementation projects from kick-off to go-live. Coordinate cross-functional teams, manage scope, budgets, timelines and risks, build trusted customer relationships, drive governance and commercial outcomes, and continuously improve delivery practices for customers across Australia, New Zealand and other regions.
