Lead end-to-end delivery of utility-scale wind projects from Financial Close to COD as Owner's Representative. Manage EPC contracts, schedule, budget, quality, HSE, risk and stakeholder interfaces (NSPs, contractors, investors). Provide reporting, governance and investor updates, drive issue resolution across engineering, construction, commissioning and grid interfaces, and ensure safe, on-time handover to operations.

Lead capital-raising activities by building and managing relationships with financial adviser networks, consultants and institutional partners. Develop and execute distribution strategies, identify and convert wholesale/institutional opportunities, represent the firm at industry events, collaborate with internal teams on product positioning and market insights, support team targets and mentor junior staff, and undertake domestic travel as required.
