Provide commercial, transactional, regulatory, and legal advice across renewable energy projects throughout development, construction, operations, and project finance. Draft and review NDAs, consultancy agreements, and other business documentation; support negotiations, manage legal risks, and collaborate with internal stakeholders and external counsel in a fast-paced environment.

Drive capital raising by building and managing relationships with financial adviser networks, consultants, and wholesale investors. Develop and execute distribution strategies, identify and convert opportunities, represent the firm at events, collaborate cross-functionally on product positioning, mentor junior staff, and undertake domestic travel as required.
