Develop customer segments, journeys, messaging, incentives, and channel plans; coordinate with performance marketing and lifecycle teams; execute events and partner activations; monitor performance; and deliver insights and recommendations across global and regional stakeholders.

Manage and grow a portfolio of high-net-worth, family office and smaller corporate VIP clients in Australia. Drive onboarding, retention and revenue through AUM strategy, partnerships, proactive account management, client relationship-building, and collaboration with leadership and operations to ensure excellent client experience.
