Develops reusable training assets, serves as a product subject matter expert, gathers customer feedback, and translates AI capabilities into practical business workflows and outcomes.

Manage strategic enterprise accounts throughout the sales cycle, from pipeline generation through deployment and closure. Develop account strategies, lead complex customer programs, own and forecast consumption revenue, analyze account metrics, and engage C-level stakeholders. Collaborate with solutions, engineering, research, marketing, finance, product, and operations teams while contributing market intelligence, customer events, recruiting, onboarding, and company culture initiatives.

Own the technical strategy and customer outcomes for enterprise AI deployments across ChatGPT Enterprise, the OpenAI API, Codex, and agentic solutions. Lead discovery, architecture, evaluations, workshops, prototypes, production adoption, governance, security, and measurable value realization. Partner with executives, engineers, sales, product, research, and delivery specialists while managing technical account plans, adoption roadmaps, account health, and expansion opportunities.

Serve as the primary Codex technical expert for customers, designing and implementing AI-enhanced software development workflows. Build prototypes, demos, integrations, automations, and production solutions; lead technical workshops and enablement; contribute technical content; gather deployment insights to influence product direction; and advise on architecture, operational readiness, security, model configuration, and safe adoption.

Owns OpenAI’s B2B marketing strategy and execution across Australia and New Zealand. Responsibilities include integrated demand generation, ABM, field events, executive programs, partner marketing, content, campaign localization, agency and budget management, performance reporting, and pipeline measurement. The role partners with Sales, Product Marketing, Communications, Legal, Partnerships, and global teams to build customer trust, drive adoption, represent ANZ market needs, and scale repeatable marketing capabilities.

Leads public-sector sales and account development across Australia, New Zealand, and selected APAC markets. Builds executive relationships, develops account and capture strategies, drives complex technology opportunities through negotiation and closure, and supports post-sale adoption and expansion. Coordinates cross-functional teams and partners while navigating procurement, security, privacy, data residency, compliance, and sovereignty requirements. Represents OpenAI in government and industry forums and maintains forecasting, pipeline, customer outcomes, and executive reporting.

The Forward Deployed Engineer leads the deployment of advanced models, collaborating with customers on system design, delivery, and support.

The Account Director manages customer accounts, develops strategies for deployment, forecasts revenue, and supports recruitment while partnering with various teams to enhance product understanding.
