Own relationships with strategic startup customers, drive adoption of OpenAI APIs/SDKs, hit consumption and revenue targets, coordinate technical engagements, analyze account metrics, synthesize product feedback, influence corporate strategy, and support hiring and culture within the Startup Go-To-Market team.

Serve as the post-sale technical lead for enterprise customers, driving adoption and deployment of OpenAI products. Map workflows, run enablement sessions, design adoption roadmaps, coordinate multi-workstream rollouts, measure KPIs, and surface product feedback to cross-functional teams to realize measurable AI value.
