The Forward Deployed Engineer leads the deployment of advanced models, collaborating with customers on system design, delivery, and support.

The EDU Account Director will drive sales for OpenAI's products in the education sector, guiding institutions through the adoption process, and collaborating with various departments to optimize customer engagement and success.

Own relationships with strategic startup customers, drive adoption of OpenAI APIs/SDKs, hit consumption and revenue targets, coordinate technical engagements, analyze account metrics, synthesize product feedback, influence corporate strategy, and support hiring and culture within the Startup Go-To-Market team.
