Teams at OpenAI

Leads public-sector sales and account development across Australia, New Zealand, and selected APAC markets. Builds executive relationships, develops account and capture strategies, drives complex technology opportunities through negotiation and closure, and supports post-sale adoption and expansion. Coordinates cross-functional teams and partners while navigating procurement, security, privacy, data residency, compliance, and sovereignty requirements. Represents OpenAI in government and industry forums and maintains forecasting, pipeline, customer outcomes, and executive reporting.

Owns strategic services-partner relationships across Australia from selection and contract signature through onboarding, enablement, solution development, commercial activation, and ongoing performance management. Coordinates partner delivery, technical, sales, security, and support workstreams; tracks milestones, manages QBRs, develops localized solution assets, ensures agreement compliance, and aligns internal teams. The role is based in Sydney with a hybrid schedule.

The Forward Deployed Engineer leads the deployment of advanced models, collaborating with customers on system design, delivery, and support.
