Leads enterprise clinical denial management programs, including strategy, governance, financial performance, reimbursement optimization, denial prevention, client and executive management, transformation initiatives, compliance, and organizational leadership. Oversees multiple teams of at least 50 professionals while partnering with clinical, revenue cycle, coding, finance, and technology stakeholders to improve recovery, prevent denials, and reduce revenue leakage.

Provides remote administrative and operational support for HOA and property management associations. Responsibilities include handling homeowner and vendor communications, tracking requests and deadlines, coordinating bids and contractors, maintaining records and PDFs, supporting board elections and meetings, preparing disclosure packets, managing spreadsheets, assisting with basic financial tracking, and following tasks through completion across multiple associations.

Manage social media campaigns across Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms; create graphics, captions, reels, short-form videos, and promotional content; edit podcasts and videos; repurpose long-form materials; support publishing and book promotions; organize content libraries and calendars; schedule posts; monitor engagement and performance; and recommend improvements to increase reach and visibility.
