Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve software applications and systems. Diagnose hardware and software faults, resolve database and API integration issues, write and review code, conduct debugging and testing, document technical specifications, monitor performance, implement updates, and provide technical support. The role collaborates with internal teams to deliver reliable, secure, and compliant technology solutions.

Provides Level 1 and Level 2 remote technical support for restaurant point-of-sale hardware and software. Diagnoses and prioritizes customer issues, determines when to dispatch field service agents, coordinates repairs and shipments, and supports equipment staging, imaging, configuration, installation, and commissioning. Maintains CRM case records, serial numbers, and purchase requisitions while escalating out-of-scope issues to Sales or Product and recommending process improvements.
