Lead quality assurance activities for sterile injectable product transfers and validations. Review commercial batches, validation protocols/reports, analytical and stability data, and NPI projects. Approve investigations, change controls, SOPs, and production documents to ensure cGMP/GxP compliance and regulatory readiness. Drive continuous improvement of templates, trackers, and transfer documentation, escalating issues as needed.

Lead and execute laboratory investigations (LIR/RAAC/Incident/QAR) via eQMS, initiate and track CAPAs, ensure analytical data accuracy, prepare annual trends, coordinate cross-functional closures, and train junior staff.

Lead international commercial build for data, engineering and AI: own data foundation, shared engineering pool, solution architecture, AgentOps, AI evaluation, model routing and CIO platform integration to deliver production-grade, governed AI and data products.
