Maintains sales pipeline metrics, collaborates with Sales and Marketing, researches the Identity and Access Management market, and ensures accurate Salesforce and sales engagement tool data.

Serve as the high-touch liaison for premier customers: monitor account health, manage escalations and critical incidents, coordinate cross-functional resources, enforce SLAs, run postmortems, improve support processes, and lead on-call and follow-the-sun handovers to accelerate resolution and improve customer experience.
