Supports pricing and profitability decisions across a lending portfolio by developing analytical and pricing models, monitoring competitors and market conditions, evaluating pricing tests, and identifying opportunities to improve margins. The role also contributes to pricing governance, business cases, investment decisions, and commercial analysis for senior leaders. It requires strong financial modeling, SQL, BI, AI-assisted analysis, and communication skills.

Build and grow broker relationships, increase engagement and lending origination, develop share-of-wallet strategies, onboard high-potential brokers, manage deal pipelines, and collaborate with business development, credit, operations, and marketing teams. The role requires sales or account management experience, commercial target achievement, strong communication, and an interest in developing finance expertise.

The Business Analyst will improve workflows in loan applications, collaborate with stakeholders to enhance processes, and support operational efficiency.
