Provides legal and regulatory advice across consumer credit, financial services, commercial agreements, privacy, governance, disputes, and product development. Drafts and negotiates contracts, supports regulatory breach investigations and remediation, reviews marketing materials, handles complaints, and advises senior stakeholders on commercial and legal risks within a fintech lending business.

Partner with leaders on people strategy, performance, employee relations, organisational development, learning initiatives, organisational change, workforce planning and culture. Lead people and capability projects, use people insights to support decisions, coach stakeholders, improve HR processes, and collaborate with Talent Acquisition on hiring and internal mobility. The role supports Plenti’s growth, employee experience and high-performing, inclusive culture.

Lead Plenti’s national commercial sales strategy for asset finance, driving origination growth and market share through broker and aggregator networks. Manage and develop Business Development and Relationship Manager teams, build strategic partnerships, represent the company at industry events, and provide market insights to inform product and growth strategy. The role requires strong commercial asset finance expertise, established broker relationships, and a proven record of sales leadership and growth.
