Own and evolve the end-to-end origination platform for multiple lending channels. Define platform roadmap, drive architecture and scalability decisions, translate operational and regulatory needs into product capabilities, deliver customer portals and internal tooling, and ensure reusable, platform-first solutions across the organisation.

Own delivery of Plenti's credit automation domain: implement product enhancements, manage BAU credit policy changes, improve verification and income assessment, drive STP targets, coordinate testing, support engineering on releases and incidents, and contribute to AI-assisted credit decisioning roadmap.

Provide front-line support to broker and installer partners across application, approval and settlement stages via inbound calls and email. Troubleshoot, escalate, maintain accurate records, ensure regulatory compliance, build relationships, collaborate with internal teams, and identify process improvements to enhance referrer experience.
