What It's Like to Work at Pluralsight

As someone who’s worked at large and small companies across different sectors, I've never thought about my onboarding experience as a highlight, but it’s still one of my favorite early experiences. The sessions are engaging—you get the information you need while meeting great people and establishing a solid foundation for what life is like here.

I'm surrounded by wonderful teammates who support each other and truly celebrate each other's wins. Essentially, there hasn't been a day where I dread coming to work. This wasn't always the case for me in the past, but just knowing that I'm coming, and being among people who genuinely want to celebrate wins, big and small, has been huge.

The remote friendly environment at Pluralsight really attracted me. Additionally, the mission of educating and upskilling engineers and others in the workforce really spoke, having worked with engineers and seen the challenges they face.

The people that you work with can really make the difference in how you show up. If you have a team that you don't enjoy, you're not gonna wanna come to work. But at Pluralsight, even outside of my team, everybody that I've worked with has been a great help. They wanna help out, they've got character, and they're also very welcoming.

I don't think I've ever grown as much as I have in the last couple of years working at Pluralsight. Working here has challenged me in healthy ways, while also teaching me that I don't constantly have to challenge myself. I've learned a ton about how to prioritize, how to balance work and life, and myself—not just me as a mom, but me as a human.

As Pluralsight continues to expand internationally, new team members have the unique opportunity to contribute to the company's diverse endeavors and be part of shaping its future on a global scale.
