Manage non-technical operations for a data and AI consultancy: contracts and RFPs, client and staff onboarding, client cadence (QBRs), internal systems (Notion, templates), and time-tracking oversight (Harvest). Act as the operational backbone to ensure consultants are delivery-ready and contracts and compliance are maintained.

The Executive Assistant will manage office operations, support recruitment, organize travel, schedule events, and collaborate with team members effectively.

Lead design and implementation of data pipelines, data modelling and warehousing solutions. Work directly with clients to deliver end-to-end cloud data and AI solutions, mentor junior engineers, and ensure robust, maintainable implementations.
