The IAM Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining identity and authentication systems, managing user lifecycles, supporting access governance, and troubleshooting access issues while ensuring security compliance.

Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain enterprise RPA solutions using UiPath and Power Platform. Collaborate with stakeholders to assess processes, produce technical documentation (SDDs, PDDs), follow SDLC/Agile, perform testing and production support, and mentor junior developers within the RPA CoE.

Lead the design of modern data platforms, guide client engagements, support sales activities, and oversee data architecture across projects.

Support managed services clients by monitoring and resolving ServiceNow tickets within SLAs, communicating status to stakeholders, producing reports on ticket metrics, and collaborating with technical teams. Assist with automation (UiPath/Power Platform) and Azure-related issues while upskilling in automation and analytics.
