Oversee SOWs and scope, coordinate cross-functional teams, train client champions, communicate project status and risks, and apply structured project management practices. Consult with construction customers to drive adoption of Procore through training, workflow optimisation, solution architecture, and product feedback. Deliver webinars and in-person training, mentor team members, collaborate with Product and Marketing on localised improvements, and support customer success with industry best practices. Up to 30% travel to sites and events.
