Engage CIOs, CTOs, CISOs, and other executives on AI adoption, data governance, cybersecurity, regulatory compliance, and operational resilience. Shape strategic opportunities, lead complex multi-year sales cycles, build account plans, maintain pipeline accuracy, and coordinate cloud providers, systems integrators, consulting firms, and strategic partners.

Generate qualified sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound prospecting, cold calling, email campaigns, account research, and lead nurturing. Qualify prospects, develop relationships with decision-makers, execute account-based sales strategies, track customer communications in Salesforce, and schedule product demonstrations for sales teams. The role supports regional sales and marketing teams across cybersecurity accounts in the ANZ market.

Provide Tier 1 technical support to enterprise administrators and partners. Troubleshoot complex software, email, networking, DNS, and systems issues through phone, web, and email channels. Manage escalations, coordinate with tiered support teams, advise customers on product use, and assist with installations and configuration. The role requires technical problem-solving, customer service, communication, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
