Manage strategic customer support and security strategies while leading proactive email-centric threat hunting. Analyze messaging telemetry, headers, URLs, attachments, and user activity to identify phishing, BEC, malware, and emerging threats. Correlate customer data with threat intelligence, recommend detection and prevention improvements, lead process initiatives, investigate risks, and brief technical and executive audiences. Partner with threat research, detection engineering, and product teams to strengthen protections.

Generate and qualify inbound and outbound leads for ANZ, research assigned accounts, run email and cold-call campaigns, track interactions in Salesforce, schedule demos, and execute account-based strategies with sales and marketing to connect with decision-makers.

Serve as the primary technical lead for strategic customers—managing escalations, incident response, integrations, and proactive lifecycle recommendations. Liaise with account, support, operations, and engineering teams, deliver executive presentations, plan production changes, and drive process improvements to ensure customer success and product adoption.
