Own global month-end close and finance operations across multiple entities, including reconciliations, payroll, accounts payable, banking, treasury, compliance, tax, audits, and statutory reporting. Partner with internal teams and external advisors, improve finance systems and processes, analyze variances, and apply AI tools to automate reconciliations, reporting, documentation, and data preparation while maintaining appropriate controls.

Owns end-to-end product design from customer discovery and problem framing through delivery, launch, and iteration. Partners with Product, Engineering, customers, and subject-matter experts to simplify complex workflows into intuitive experiences. Creates user flows, prototypes, interaction designs, edge cases, and acceptance criteria; uses research and product data to guide decisions. Influences stakeholders, supports roadmap direction, and collaborates autonomously across distributed teams.

Build and maintain end-to-end media features across backend, frontend, and mobile, including 360 walkthroughs, hardware integrations, video upload, background processing, transcoding, streaming, and playback. Collaborate with the Ground Capture team on future drone and dock integrations while owning ambiguous technical problems and communicating effectively with non-technical stakeholders.
