Serve as first contact for small business owners via phone, email and SMS. Qualify leads, build relationships, uncover funding needs, manage pipeline, and connect customers to appropriate funding solutions while meeting team targets.

Build relationships with small business owners, manage and progress a pipeline of inbound and outbound lending opportunities, recommend tailored lending solutions, convert leads into customers, meet sales targets, maintain accurate records and compliance, and deliver exceptional customer experiences while handling objections.
