Lead Prospa’s first-line operational risk and controls uplift across Operations, Product, Technology, Sales, Finance, and People. Responsibilities include conducting risk and control assessments, developing the enterprise control framework and library, identifying control gaps, executing control testing and assurance activities, and embedding risk practices in business and technology initiatives. The role requires influencing senior stakeholders and balancing commercial objectives with effective risk management.

Manage inbound and outbound sales pipelines for small-business lending solutions. Build trusted relationships, understand customer needs, recommend suitable funding options, handle objections, guide prospects through the sales process, maintain accurate records and compliance, and consistently achieve sales targets.

Manage month-end close, general ledger integrity, reconciliations, loan book accounting, payments, cash flow, audits, financial statements, regulatory reporting, and finance process improvements. The role also mentors junior accountants, supports strategic initiatives, and ensures compliance with Australian Accounting Standards.
