Coordinates commercial activities for construction and infrastructure projects, serving as the interface between customers, sales, suppliers, factories, and internal teams. Responsibilities include managing enquiries, quotations, tenders, contracts, sales orders, documentation, handovers, project reports, and issue resolution. The role requires strong organization, commercial awareness, stakeholder management, customer service, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems, particularly SAP.

Process and verify supplier invoices, match invoices with purchase orders, maintain vendor records, reconcile vendor statements, post invoices in SAP, prepare payment runs, resolve invoice queries, support month-end reconciliations and reporting, and ensure compliance with internal controls. The role also provides administrative and ad hoc support while managing internal and external stakeholders.

Manage and grow existing customer accounts, respond to sales inquiries, generate outbound sales activity, meet volume and margin KPIs, prepare reports, expand market share, share product updates, monitor competitors, and represent the company at trade shows. The role requires strong communication, negotiation, relationship-building, administration, multitasking, and sales skills, along with a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
