Lead line maintenance planning and scheduling across the Qantas network, ensuring airworthiness, regulatory compliance and operational continuity. Manage a large, diverse team, act as escalation point for day-to-day disruptions, partner with the Integrated Operations Centre, and drive system enhancements, process improvements, operational readiness and new aircraft introductions.

Manage domestic and international freight services for Qantas Engineering, overseeing internal and external freight providers, 24-hour operational requirements, and performance of AOG, Critical and Routine shipments. Serve as first escalation point, coordinate recovery plans, drive continuous improvement, and ensure cost-effective service delivery in line with contracts and Qantas policies.

Provide continuing airworthiness management and specialist engineering support for aircraft cabin interior products. Manage maintenance programs, reliability initiatives, and modifications to ensure safety, operational performance, and cost optimisation across Qantas fleets. Coordinate design/repair activities, stakeholder requirements, and small-to-medium design projects while ensuring regulatory compliance and customer-focused service.

Support the People Digital strategy and maintain HR digital products (Zendesk, Workday, SmartRecruiters, Whispr). Provide Tier 2 support, triage to Tier 3, gather requirements, run testing and defect logging, build stakeholder relationships, and measure and improve digital processes to enhance employee experience. Fixed-term full-time role based at Mascot until August 2027.

Lead cloud domain architecture at Qantas: define target-state cloud platform, create capability roadmaps and reference architectures, enforce governance and standards, guide major programs, drive modernization, evaluate cloud innovations, and mitigate systemic cyber and resilience risks.

Lead and evolve the campaign management governance framework for Qantas Loyalty. Act as a senior marketing advisor, drive executional excellence across internal teams and agencies, align campaigns to commercial goals, mentor senior staff, and optimize processes to deliver industry-leading loyalty marketing outcomes.

Manage and maintain accurate aircraft configuration and component records for QantasLink Dash-8 and B717 fleets using TRAX. Update system data for new components, modifications, and monitor major assemblies' modification status. Collaborate with Technical Services, Maintenance Planning, and Compliance teams to ensure data integrity and regulatory compliance. Support engineering and maintenance functions and contribute to continuous improvement.

Lead end-to-end global logistics for Qantas Engineering, managing ~$50M spend. Ensure customs, dangerous goods and aviation security compliance, oversee suppliers and freight forwarders, drive cost optimisation and transformation (systems/process), and build a high-performing logistics team focused on on-time fleet availability.

Lead and transform technology risk and compliance across Qantas by designing a consolidated tracking framework, driving accountability, implementing AI/automation for monitoring and reporting, overseeing compliance (PCI DSS, Privacy, Cyber), and building a small Risk & Compliance team while providing executive reporting and a prioritized uplift roadmap.

Provide technical accounting advice and deliver external financial reporting for the Qantas Group. Research complex accounting issues, prepare accounting and Audit Committee papers, implement new standards, support business units on accounting treatment, assist with external reporting and consolidation processes, and deliver training and ad hoc technical projects.

Lead and deliver the Cabin Operations assurance program through risk-based audits, surveillance and LOSA. Provide independent assurance, report findings, support continuous improvement, advise on aircraft projects and EIS readiness, engage stakeholders including unions and regulators, and lead assurance resources in a matrix environment.
