Lead commercial strategy and negotiations with regional, medium and major airports for the Qantas Group. Develop and execute airport-specific commercial plans, manage stakeholder relationships across the business, drive negotiations from inception to contract, analyse markets and present recommendations, and lead cross-functional projects to deliver commercial value.

Conduct outbound phone-based sales to Qantas Business Rewards members, driving revenue, product education and engagement. Use data-led conversations to identify opportunities, achieve sales and satisfaction KPIs, maintain CRM records, participate in training, and contribute to a high-performance team culture.

The Manager Strategy will drive strategic growth for Qantas Loyalty, leading ongoing strategy functions and scoping new opportunities, while preparing materials for leadership and managing multiple projects and teams.
