Manage warehouse inventory and daily operations for aircraft parts, including receiving, packing, and preparing parts for delivery. Operate forklifts, use RF handheld scanners and warehouse management systems, maintain stock control, meet KPIs, and follow safety and security procedures.

Lead financial planning, analysis, reporting and governance for the Sales & Customer portfolio. Aggregate and review business unit results, deliver insights and commentary, build and evaluate budgets, forecasts and financial models, ensure P&L and balance sheet compliance, collaborate with stakeholders, and lead and mentor a small finance team to support decision-making.

Provide HR and wellbeing support for Jetstar pilots: advise leaders on attendance, fitness for work, investigations and grievances; analyse workforce data; design wellbeing and performance initiatives; partner with stakeholders to resolve workforce issues and support continuous improvement across the pilot network.
