As a Senior People Manager, you will serve as a strategic HR partner, lead people strategies, drive transformation, and coach People Business Partners across corporate business units.

Leads Qantas Group customer research and insights, including Voice of Customer and Brand Health programs, quantitative and qualitative studies, advanced statistical analysis, and executive storytelling. Translates customer, operational, market, and feedback data into strategic recommendations for products, experiences, and investment. Manages research agencies and platform suppliers, improves insight technology and methodologies, and influences stakeholders across a complex organisation.

Manages complex employee relations cases across the Qantas Group, advising leaders on misconduct investigations, performance management, disciplinary procedures, grievances, fitness-for-work matters, appeals, and sensitive escalations. Coaches People Services staff on less complex cases, ensures consistent and well-documented outcomes, identifies trends and risks through reporting, and partners with stakeholders in a high-volume environment.
