Build and operate scalable, highly available, low-latency APIs supporting scam detection, fraud prevention, and identity verification. Improve infrastructure and application delivery through automation, Infrastructure as Code, and CI/CD. Collaborate with product, data, customer success, and design teams to deliver backend capabilities, troubleshoot production systems, and contribute to technical standards and platform direction.

Lead and develop a Salesforce engineering team while owning delivery outcomes, engineering standards, architecture guidance, release quality, platform health, and technical debt reduction. The role requires coaching, performance management, cross-functional stakeholder partnership, and expertise across Apex, Aura, LWC, Salesforce clouds, CI/CD, testing, integrations, and platform governance.
