Senior HR Business Partner providing strategic HR support to Engineering: coach leaders on performance, ER, culture and change; shape people plans (resourcing, mobility, TA); use workforce analytics to inform actions; lead improvement initiatives and experiment with AI-enabled HR tools to increase impact.

Provide proactive administrative support to multiple senior leaders: manage diaries and calendars, coordinate meetings and materials, monitor inboxes, process travel and expenses, arrange events, take notes and track actions, and liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth team operations.

Own two strategic technology partnerships end-to-end to generate partner-attributed revenue. Manage joint value propositions, co-sell pipeline, enablement, partner-program progression, and convert agreements into closed deals while equipping client teams to sell AI-enabled solutions.
