Drive global financial planning and management reporting, including month-end close, divisional P&L reporting, OPEX analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and CFO reporting. Analyze financial performance, identify risks, provide recommendations, support finance transformation projects, and improve FP&A processes. The role requires advanced Excel and Anaplan skills, strong financial modeling capabilities, attention to detail, and effective cross-functional collaboration.

Lead growth and innovation in retail analytics by shaping the innovation roadmap, identifying AI-driven opportunities, and delivering proof-of-concept solutions. Partner with analytics, product, client, retail, and trade stakeholders to validate, scale, and commercialize solutions across Australia, New Zealand, and global markets. Define success metrics, measure outcomes, drive adoption, and influence senior and C-suite stakeholders across partner organizations.

Design, build and maintain full-stack features and services with end-to-end technical ownership. Apply strong engineering practices (testing, code review, CI/CD), collaborate with stakeholders and squad members, and adopt AI-assisted tooling to solve complex product problems for Checkout AI.
