Provides first-line technical support for production data processes used by researchers, traders, and business users. Monitors pipelines, investigates failures and data-quality issues, validates datasets, assesses business impact, coordinates resolution with engineering teams, and communicates updates to stakeholders. Maintains JIRA workflows, contributes to monitoring and documentation improvements, supports onboarding, and assists with live data collection and historical backfills.

Design, develop, and support production-grade trading applications, APIs, distributed systems, web tools, deployment automation, and workflow platforms. Build scalable, observable, resilient software for traders, researchers, operations teams, and engineers. Collaborate with stakeholders, contribute to architecture, automate deployment and operational processes, and support systems across global production environments. The role emphasizes reliability, performance, maintainability, cloud technologies, and ownership throughout the software lifecycle.

Support the full trade lifecycle for energy commodities, including trade capture, affirmation, reconciliation, confirmation, and settlement. Investigate operational breaks, resolve queries, and coordinate with traders, risk, finance, treasury, technology, brokers, and clearing parties. The role supports listed and OTC derivatives, improves processes and controls, and drives automation. As the business expands, it will help establish operational processes for physical energy and gas trading, including Japanese markets.
