The Senior Network Engineer will architect and deliver solutions for QRT's network infrastructure, focusing on low latency trading environments. Responsibilities include managing complex networks, collaborating with teams, and staying informed on industry trends.

Manage end-to-end HR operations across the employee lifecycle, partner with employees and managers for HR support, coordinate and validate payroll inputs, support international mobility and visa processes, maintain HR records and compliance, and drive process improvements and HR projects across the global HR team.

Support the Japan/APAC power trading desk by developing forecasting models and tools to inform trading decisions. Model Japan power supply/demand and price dynamics, incorporate natural gas fundamentals and renewables, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, and work autonomously within a research-driven quantitative team.
