Design, architect, and scale high-throughput backend systems for billing, payments, fraud detection, workers, queues, and data pipelines. Own end-to-end implementation from ingestion (ClickHouse) through rating, invoicing, and reconciliation, build TypeScript/GraphQL APIs, manage long-running workflows (Temporal), contribute to OSS, and participate in on-call rotations.

Design and evolve distributed storage systems, create APIs for live migrations, and build storage primitives for various applications.

The Senior Infra Engineer will build and maintain the provisioning stack, optimize efficiency, manage orchestration, and create observability for Railway's infrastructure.
