The role requires strong payroll expertise, industrial instrument interpretation, stakeholder influence, governance awareness, and project delivery capability in a complex, high-volume environment.

Leads clinical procurement initiatives across Ramsay’s hospital network, providing clinical guidance for sourcing, product evaluation, contract implementation, capital equipment procurement, and SAP catalogue categorisation. Builds relationships with hospital, clinical, procurement, supplier, and executive stakeholders while supporting governance committees, spend controls, dashboards, and new item requests. The role requires clinical expertise, medical device knowledge, healthcare supply chain experience, stakeholder management, and organisational skills.

Leads end-to-end procurement and category management across non-clinical hospital services, including facilities, catering, linen, waste, maintenance, and agency labor. Develops category strategies, manages supplier relationships, negotiates contracts, drives cost optimization, improves supplier performance, and partners with hospital stakeholders to deliver practical, commercially sound solutions.

Leads payroll transformation, system enhancement, process improvement, Enterprise Agreement implementation, and acquisition integration projects. Manages delivery from planning through implementation while ensuring accurate, compliant payroll outcomes. Collaborates with Payroll Operations, Industrial Relations, Technology, and HR teams; oversees requirements gathering, testing, risk management, stakeholder engagement, reporting, change management, and cross-functional delivery.

Leads the NSW HR Business Partner team and advises hospital executives on strategic HR, employment relations, industrial relations, organisational development, workforce planning and change management. The role drives People and Culture strategy, develops leadership capability, manages complex workplace matters, supports cost management and strengthens collaboration across the healthcare network.
