Provides administrative support to a hospital Day Oncology team, managing patient records, appointments, procedures, correspondence, invoices, and receipts. Delivers customer service to patients and clinicians while maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, compliance, and efficient office operations. The role requires strong organisation, communication, attention to detail, autonomy, teamwork, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Lead coordination of robotic surgery operations including scheduling, rostering, equipment readiness and maintenance, intraoperative robotic support, policy and competency development, staff onboarding and training, data-driven quality improvement, and stakeholder collaboration to optimize perioperative robotic program efficiency and outcomes.

Structured two-year graduate program with rotations across clinical settings (medical, surgical, mental health, perioperative, maternity, critical care) in year one and specialty-focused mentoring in year two. Work onsite at a rehabilitation hospital, build clinical skills, receive ongoing education and mentorship, with permanent employment and Australia-wide transfer opportunities following the graduate year.
