Lead workplace health and safety across several hospital sites: embed Ramsay safety systems, investigate incidents, perform risk assessments and audits, deliver training, and report safety performance to stakeholders.

Lead after-hours operational management to ensure safe patient care and quality outcomes. Coordinate and manage clinical teams during evenings, nights and weekends, responding to emergencies, supporting staff, and maintaining standards. Requires RN registration, acute care experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office. Rostered on a 7-day rotating schedule.

Provide advanced nursing care and pre-operative optimisation for orthopaedic surgical patients. Coordinate pre-assessments with multidisciplinary teams and consultants, ensure patients are informed and clinically prepared, support length-of-stay targets, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and navigate funding models to align care planning.
