Provide confidential executive and team administrative support to the Global Chief Risk Officer and Finance team: manage calendars, travel, meetings, agendas, briefing materials, notes, and follow-ups. Coordinate events, stakeholder communication, and team workflows. Support research, data collation, reporting, and project tasks while handling sensitive information with discretion to ensure efficient operations.

Lead and deliver education programs across two hospitals: assess workforce training needs, monitor mandatory competencies and eLearning compliance, perform competency assessments per NSQHS, report on training and compliance, collaborate with managers and educators, support onboarding, preceptorship, and upskilling of staff, students and graduates.

Provide high-quality physiotherapy assessment, treatment and discharge planning for orthopaedic, fracture and reconditioning patients in inpatient and day rehab. Manage caseloads, collaborate with allied health, document care, and support patient rehabilitation goals while maintaining evidence-based practice and professional development.
