Partner with strategic Tier 1 and Tier 2 customers to drive adoption, retention and commercial growth for Realtair. Build executive relationships, create strategic success plans, lead Executive Business Reviews, monitor customer health, identify risks and growth opportunities, and act as the customer advocate across Product, Sales and Support. Mentor colleagues and influence cross-functional improvements to elevate customer outcomes and team capability.
