Lead product discovery, prioritization, delivery, and measurable outcomes for Mortgage Choice’s broker and client lending experiences. Own application capture, data quality, submission flows, commissions, integrations, and platform evolution. Collaborate with engineering, design, risk, compliance, operations, and distributed squads to improve adoption, application quality, conversion, and settlement outcomes. Drive stakeholder alignment, product measurement, launch readiness, and strategic investment decisions across the home-loan origination lifecycle.

Develop statistical and machine learning models for property valuation and market insights. Responsibilities include assembling and cleaning large datasets, engineering features, tuning and validating models, creating visualisation tools, deploying models to production with ML Engineers, documenting work, and presenting findings. The role uses Python, SQL, AWS, BigQuery, Docker, and related data science technologies in a collaborative team.

Provides frontline customer support through phone, email, and web chat. Resolves issues empathetically and efficiently, manages multiple systems in a fast-paced contact environment, collaborates across the organization, and identifies opportunities to improve customer and employee experiences. The role also gathers product feedback, supports performance excellence, and builds customer loyalty through clear communication, active listening, problem-solving, and accountability.
