The Customer Support Specialist will assist Japanese-speaking enterprise customers with account management, provide effective communication, resolve issues, and contribute to the knowledge base.

The Customer Site Reliability Engineer (CSRE) ensures service reliability and performance, manages complex systems, leads customer escalations, and collaborates with teams to improve service stability and delivery through automation and incident response.

As an OpenShift Consultant, you'll implement enterprise-scale container solutions, manage projects, and support multiple industries while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Manage and grow a strategic Defence account in Canberra by driving quarterly sales execution, identifying and qualifying opportunities across Red Hat's platform and cloud portfolio, coordinating cross-functional teams, building deep customer relationships, and maintaining pipeline health and forecast accuracy.
