The AI Solution Specialist drives the commercial success of Red Hat AI in ANZ by managing sales strategies, providing technical insights, and assisting enterprises in AI deployment.

Own assigned Red Hat accounts to drive growth via up-sell, cross-sell, renewals, and new business. Develop account plans, manage full sales cycle, collaborate with solution architects and partners, maintain CRM pipeline and forecasting, and promote adoption of Red Hat technologies (Linux, OpenShift, Ansible).

Lead design and implementation of enterprise OpenShift environments, advise customers on cloud-native architecture, implement CI/CD and GitOps pipelines, mentor customer teams, produce technical documentation, support upgrades and troubleshooting, and ensure scalable, secure, highly available platform deployments.
