Leads Red Hat’s APAC Technical Account Management practice, overseeing senior TAM managers and account managers across multiple countries. Develops regional strategies, scales delivery capabilities, supports customer retention and growth, champions TAM value with sales teams, manages escalations, and partners cross-functionally across services, engineering, product, and sales. The role includes team mentorship, hiring, performance management, customer engagement, business operations, and travel to customers and industry events.

Own strategic telecommunications carrier accounts across Australia and ANZ, driving pipeline, account planning, customer relationships, partner collaboration, forecasts, and multi-year revenue growth. Sell Red Hat’s cloud, automation, OpenStack, OpenShift, and related software solutions while developing executive stakeholder relationships, value propositions, proof-of-concept opportunities, and long-term commitments. Achieve substantial sales targets through direct and channel routes to market.

Provides deep technical sales support for Red Hat Lightwell, helping customers secure software supply chains and reduce dependency vulnerabilities. Leads technical discussions, proofs of concept, build configuration, troubleshooting, and integration with artifact repositories and CI/CD pipelines. Advises developers, platform leaders, and security teams on SBOMs, signing, attestations, provenance, policy enforcement, and air-gapped delivery. Partners with sales, engineering, consulting, and customer success teams while delivering enablement, public speaking, customer advocacy, and product feedback.
