Lead architecture and implementation of Red Hat OpenShift Virtualization and OpenStack solutions for enterprise customers. Design production-grade infrastructure, guide virtualization migrations, conduct assessments and workshops, deliver proofs of concept, and advise senior stakeholders. Collaborate with product, engineering, services, and sales teams while developing architectural best practices, thought leadership, and reusable assets. The role requires deep expertise in virtualization, Kubernetes, OpenShift, OpenStack, Linux, networking, datacenter infrastructure, and customer-facing consulting.

Deliver enterprise-scale Red Hat OpenShift solutions for customer environments. Responsibilities include architecture, installation, configuration, integration with networking, storage, security, and identity systems, CI/CD and GitOps implementation, testing, deployment, documentation, issue management, and stakeholder communication across multiple projects and industries.

Designs and deploys enterprise AI architectures, including data and ML pipelines, distributed training, inference, MLOps, generative AI, RAG, and agentic workflows. Provides technical sales support through workshops, proofs of concept, hackathons, and customer engagements. Advocates Red Hat AI products, enables partners and internal teams, communicates with executives and engineering teams, and contributes technical feedback, thought leadership, and community outreach across ANZ.
