Monitor health scores and adoption signals, proactively remediate risks, maintain Gainsight records, and collaborate with Sales and Adoption Services. Create scalable customer programs, including digital communications, trainings, and resources, while using AI tools to improve outreach, analyze usage patterns, and develop ROI narratives. Document experiments and contribute insights to customer success playbooks.

Manage technical relationships for Relativity customers, develop account plans, lead technical success plans, troubleshoot incidents with product and engineering, drive service reviews, follow KCS, and act as a Relativity SME to ensure successful platform outcomes.
