Focus on C/C++ performance, memory management, and concurrency, with Java and JavaScript experience. Work with HTTP/web protocols, unit testing, CI, and source control, collaborating across distributed Agile teams to improve fraud and risk-detection products.

Lead test automation strategy and execution across API, app, and UI layers. Build and maintain automated tests (Node.js/JavaScript, Mocha, WebdriverIO, Appium), design stateful workflow automation (authentication, sessions, webhooks), identify and document defects, troubleshoot with developers, and participate in QA planning. Ensure test determinism, CI signal quality, and maintainable production-quality test code.

Lead the Core Content team to maintain high-quality legal looseleaf, newsletter and reference content. Oversee editorial standards, author management, budgets and forecasting; drive process improvement and GenAI adoption; collaborate with operations and vendor partners; mentor staff and deliver content enhancements and business cases to support portfolio value and pricing.
