Lead test automation strategy and execution across API, app, and UI layers. Build and maintain automated tests (Node.js/JavaScript, Mocha, WebdriverIO, Appium), design stateful workflow automation (authentication, sessions, webhooks), identify and document defects, troubleshoot with developers, and participate in QA planning. Execute high-volume outbound prospecting and manage inbound leads to qualify opportunities and build early-stage pipeline. Support demos, maintain CRM data integrity, collaborate with senior sellers, and use AI tools to boost prospecting and productivity. Fast-track progression toward Business Development Manager roles.

Serve as the primary post-sales contact to onboard, enable, and drive value realization for customers. Build relationships, support retention and renewals, identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities, deliver training and demos, coordinate with sales and technical teams, and act as a trusted advisor to maximize adoption and customer satisfaction.
