Book meetings for Account Executives, communicate Remote’s value, support sales team, create target lists, cold call, research key players, and progress prospects through the sales cycle using automation and AI tools.

Manage complex employee exits across multiple APAC jurisdictions, ensuring legal compliance, accurate documentation, privacy, and a positive client and employee experience. Provide first-level employee relations guidance, assess workplace concerns, advise on discipline and investigations, and lead difficult conversations, negotiations, and consultations. Coordinate with legal, payroll, government, and internal stakeholders while mentoring colleagues and driving process improvements, automation, and customer experience enhancements.
