Leads the Employee Experience and internal communications function, developing communication strategies, engagement campaigns, change communications, leadership resources, policies, and evaluation metrics. The role manages communication risks, budgets, processes, stakeholders, and a communications team while supporting culture change and bank-wide strategic priorities.

Conduct risk-based internal audits across governance, risk management, and control frameworks. Assess control design and effectiveness, identify gaps and emerging risks, communicate findings to stakeholders, and support technology-related audits. Use data analytics and audit tools to identify trends and anomalies, contribute to audit methodology improvements, and deliver assurance aligned with Global Internal Audit Standards.

Supports planning, scheduling, governance, reporting, stakeholder coordination, risk and issue monitoring, communications, financial tracking, resource coordination, and project administration across an enterprise modernization program.
