Provide commercial legal advice on payments, financial markets, banking, payment systems infrastructure, and related regulatory matters. Draft legal documents, assess legal risks, advise senior leaders, and manage competing priorities within a collaborative legal team.

Lead the change management team for the multi-year Payments Operations Program delivering business, technology and operational readiness changes to RITS. Develop and execute change and operational readiness plans, engage and influence executive and stakeholder groups across business and IT, manage risks and issues, ensure benefits realisation and transition to operations, and improve policies, systems and processes to embed new ways of working.

Provision, maintain, harden and performance-test network and storage infrastructure. Provide 2nd-line incident and security response, produce designs, automation scripts and documentation, analyse traffic for performance and security improvements, perform acceptance testing and commissioning, support ACI/SDN, F5 and firewall technologies, work with cybersecurity to remediate vulnerabilities, and support infrastructure refresh projects.
