Develops mechanical components and pressure-system subsystems for respiratory medical devices, from concept through production. Responsibilities include CAD design, prototyping, testing and verification, scientific analysis, documentation, risk management, and collaboration with multidisciplinary engineering teams. The role requires applying design-for-manufacturing principles, quality systems, and regulatory requirements while supporting high-volume manufacturing.

Lead research and development of advanced moulding technologies, especially Liquid Silicone Rubber processes. Develop experiments, prototypes, tooling, materials, and scalable process solutions from early feasibility through production-relevant demonstrations. Evaluate process behaviour, quality, cycle time, reliability, cost, and sustainability; collaborate with product, tooling, automation, materials, NPI, and quality teams; mentor engineers; and transfer mature technologies into NPI adoption.

Develop full-stack product features using Java and React, build microservices and micro-frontends, and contribute to Kubernetes, cloud, DevOps, testing, security, performance, reliability, and production support. Collaborate with global cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle while using modern delivery practices and AI-assisted development tools.
