The Associate Key Account Manager supports account plans and customer engagement, focusing on sales execution and outstanding service in a remote setting.

Provide first-line technical and basic clinical support for ResMed products via multiple channels: troubleshoot issues, manage orders, maintain CRM records, escalate complex cases, monitor therapy adherence, identify sales opportunities, and deliver timely resolution while reporting metrics and ensuring compliance.

Lead vision, strategy, and 0→1 development of AI-enabled digital health products. Validate opportunities, run experiments, partner cross-functionally (design, engineering, AI/ML, clinical, regulatory, commercial), translate complex needs into intuitive and responsible product experiences, and drive pilots to scale readiness.
