Lead and grow a software engineering team building platform products and shared services used by other engineers. Provide people leadership, technical direction, and improve engineering standards, architecture, delivery practices, testing, deployment, resilience, and developer experience. Coordinate across product, architecture, design and distributed teams to enable predictable, high-quality delivery while promoting security, privacy and a culture of engineering excellence.

Develop and execute regulatory strategies for medical devices, software as a medical device, and connected healthcare products across Australia, New Zealand, and the Americas. Manage premarket submissions, post-market compliance, regulatory records, entity licensing support, and communications with health authorities and consultants. Monitor regulatory standards and advise global stakeholders on changes. Collaborate with product development, clinical, marketing, commercial, quality, and supply chain teams while mentoring peers.

Manage day-to-day trading across multiple e-commerce sites, optimise conversion and UX, run CRO experiments, analyse website and customer data, coordinate campaigns and launches, and work with cross-functional teams and agencies to improve commercial outcomes.
