Lead the strategy, roadmap, delivery, adoption, and continuous improvement of member data and AI-enabled products. Manage technical and analytical specialists, partner with business and technology teams, and translate workflows into scalable data, AI, and automation solutions. Collaborate with engineers on LLM-enabled products while ensuring responsible AI governance, human oversight, guardrails, and measurable business value.

Deliver portfolio analytics, performance reporting, and actionable insights for the Member portfolio. Analyze strategic initiatives, identify trends and opportunities, combine member and employer data, and translate complex findings into clear recommendations for senior stakeholders. Partner with Member, Commercial, and Risk teams to align measures, improve reporting governance, and support strategic decision-making.

Provide personalized superannuation, insurance, and retirement advice to members through phone, video, and face-to-face channels. Build trusted relationships, assess financial goals, prepare compliant advice documentation, support implementation, educate members, and remain current with legislative, industry, and product developments. The role also contributes to improving advice offerings and technology solutions while delivering member-focused outcomes.

Develop and support the ServiceNow platform, including workflows, integrations, APIs, automation, module configuration, and scripting. Translate business requirements into secure, scalable solutions; resolve complex platform issues; establish development standards and governance; and collaborate with product, business, and technology stakeholders. The role requires ServiceNow certifications, hands-on development experience, JavaScript and Glide API proficiency, REST/SOAP integration experience, module configuration knowledge, and understanding of data modeling and CMDB principles.

Conduct quantitative and qualitative research on external equity managers, portfolios, and market data. Monitor performance, exposures, risks, and investment styles; prepare reports, research papers, and presentations; support due diligence and stakeholder relationships; and improve investment processes through automation, data management, and emerging technologies.

Design, develop, support and enhance ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, HRSD, IRM, TPRM, ITOM and custom apps. Build workflows, integrations and APIs, troubleshoot defects, support releases, maintain documentation, and partner with stakeholders within an Agile delivery framework to optimise platform automation and user experience.
