Leads Rest’s Investment Tax team, providing strategic tax advice across global investment portfolios and asset classes. Responsibilities include investment structuring, tax due diligence, financial modelling, tax governance, regulatory engagement, compliance coordination, unit pricing support, global tax law monitoring, advisory relationship management, and tax technology implementation. The role partners with investment leaders and Group Tax while reporting significant tax matters to senior management and the Board.

Leads strategic sourcing, procurement, commercial negotiations, and contract execution for technology categories including software, hardware, SaaS, cloud, and infrastructure. Develops category and sourcing plans, identifies technology spend optimization opportunities, manages supplier relationships, reports sourcing benefits, and partners with senior stakeholders. The role also requires understanding risk management, compliance frameworks, and material service provider obligations.

Leads technology and digital procurement, including strategic sourcing, RFx processes, supplier selection, contract negotiation, category planning, governance, and commercial value creation. Manages two procurement managers and partners with senior stakeholders, risk, legal, information security, and supplier governance teams to ensure regulatory compliance and effective management of critical technology providers.

Lead administration, support, and continuous improvement of Rest’s Microsoft Entra ID platform. Manage identity integrations, SSO, access governance, onboarding and offboarding, and modern identity security controls. Resolve complex authentication issues, improve user experience, drive automation, and reduce operational risk while advancing identity maturity across the organisation.

Leads end-to-end delivery of a complex insurance transformation initiative, managing scope, budgets, schedules, governance, risks, vendors, benefits realization, and stakeholder engagement. The role coordinates Technology, Digital, Information Security, Product, Procurement, Service Delivery, and external partners while guiding cross-functional teams through implementation and transition to business-as-usual operations.

Provide cloud security support across AWS platforms, remediate vulnerabilities and misconfigurations, automate security controls, and strengthen secure CI/CD pipelines. Coordinate remediation with platform and workload teams, define preventative guardrails and secure patterns, support cloud security operations and incident response, and manage risk exemptions, approvals, compensating controls, and audit evidence.

Provides commercial and corporate legal advice to business units, management, and the Board. Responsibilities include reviewing and negotiating commercial, IT, and supplier agreements; advising on superannuation regulations; supporting strategic initiatives; contributing to policies, governance reporting, and Board submissions; managing stakeholder relationships; and delivering legal training.

Design, develop, support and enhance ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, HRSD, IRM, TPRM, ITOM and custom apps. Build workflows, integrations and APIs, troubleshoot defects, support releases, maintain documentation, and partner with stakeholders within an Agile delivery framework to optimise platform automation and user experience.
