As the Product Manager in the Product Strategy and Delivery team, you will be responsible for the preparation of correspondence for Rest’s insurance products to ensure we have market leading communications relating to changes to the product features and benefits, and necessary call to action for members.
This role is critical in ensuring that we continuously improve our member communications and processes to meet member needs, whilst at the same time meet our regulatory and legislative obligations.
- Manage the development, compliance and delivery of market-leading content including Significant Event Notices (SENs), Transaction Confirmations and other product-based content relating to Rest’s insurance products, including the development, compliance and production of content such as letters, fact sheets, forms, website content, FAQs, training materials etc to support changes to products.
- Ensure product communications content is compliant, working closely with the broader Product team and other Rest stakeholders to ensure alignment across Rest’s insurance product-related content in PDSs, SENs, letters, forms, website and App and other communications content.
- Work closely with stakeholders across Rest, ensuring alignment of the development and implementation of effective multi-channel communication strategies for Rest’s products with Rest’s strategic priorities, including driving customer experience, increasing awareness of insurance and financial performance goals.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to work in an environment requiring strong project management skills, attention to detail and high levels of accuracy.Self-motivator with strong work ethic, exceptional attention to detail and ability to formulate and execute product communication strategies in collaboration with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Ability to demonstrate initiative and work autonomously, or within a team environment.
- Proactive project management and relationship management skills and demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Extensive experience and knowledge of the superannuation industry and investment and insurance offerings.
