Support Product Owners and sponsors to define investment business needs and solution options; document current and future state; facilitate workshops; translate requirements into solution designs; deliver initiatives across asset allocation, rebalancing, overlay strategies; apply FX and derivatives knowledge within superannuation investment operating models in an Agile delivery environment.

Provide high-quality intra‑fund superannuation and insurance advice to Rest members by phone, video or face-to-face. Triage complex cases to senior advisers, complete Statements of Advice, maintain records and compliance with AFSL and FASEA requirements, and stay current with legislation and product changes.

Provide strategic and hands-on HR support as a People Partner on a 9-month fixed-term contract. Partner with leaders on employee lifecycle matters, leadership coaching, employee relations, organisational design, talent and succession planning, performance and reward, engagement, change management, and partnering with Centres of Excellence to deliver people priorities and projects.
