Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of superannuation products, including strategy, prioritization, delivery, governance, regulatory compliance, risk management, performance monitoring, and member-outcome improvements. Develop business cases and recommendations, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, manage stakeholders and external partners, and support product enhancements or transitions. The role requires deep superannuation industry expertise, strong communication and influencing skills, tertiary qualifications, and RG146 compliance.

Manage tax implementation and reporting for investment operations, including foreign tax compliance, global reporting, custodian oversight, tax elections, withholding tax reclaims, and investment tax attributes. Coordinate with investment managers, custodians, tax agents, and advisors on hybrid partnerships, CFC, Pillar Two, FATCA, and CRS obligations. Deliver tax analytics, maintain controls and process frameworks, support investment operations, and implement tax technology and automation initiatives.

Senior Business Analyst responsible for analysing digital platforms, member journeys, business processes, workflows, and requirements. The role involves writing user stories and acceptance criteria, supporting UX/UI delivery, API analysis and testing, documenting integrations, facilitating stakeholders, managing vendors, and developing business cases. Experience with web analytics, identity and access management, agile delivery, and financial services is valuable.
