Leads Rest’s Investment Tax team, providing strategic tax advice across global investment portfolios and asset classes. Responsibilities include investment structuring, tax due diligence, financial modelling, tax governance, regulatory engagement, compliance coordination, unit pricing support, global tax law monitoring, advisory relationship management, and tax technology implementation. The role partners with investment leaders and Group Tax while reporting significant tax matters to senior management and the Board.

Leads strategic sourcing, procurement, commercial negotiations, and contract execution for technology categories including software, hardware, SaaS, cloud, and infrastructure. Develops category and sourcing plans, identifies technology spend optimization opportunities, manages supplier relationships, reports sourcing benefits, and partners with senior stakeholders. The role also requires understanding risk management, compliance frameworks, and material service provider obligations.

Leads technology and digital procurement, including strategic sourcing, RFx processes, supplier selection, contract negotiation, category planning, governance, and commercial value creation. Manages two procurement managers and partners with senior stakeholders, risk, legal, information security, and supplier governance teams to ensure regulatory compliance and effective management of critical technology providers.
