Provides customer service and sales support for an electrical wholesale branch. Responsibilities include managing sales orders, quotes, and customer projects; responding to customer inquiries; making follow-up calls; building supplier relationships; and maintaining margins. The role also delivers in-store solutions and experiences, works Monday through Friday with alternate Saturday mornings, and offers opportunities for career development.

Provides customer service and internal sales support while assisting with warehouse operations, order processing, stock receiving, picking and packing, deliveries, inventory accuracy, and branch safety. The role serves electrical trade and commercial customers, prepares quotes, processes sales orders, recommends products, supports the sales team, and maintains showroom and warehouse organization.

Provide excellent customer service and product solutions at the Maroochydore branch. Manage sales enquiries, orders, quotes and customer projects, liaise with suppliers, support sales growth, and work with the branch team to deliver strong customer outcomes.
