Provides accurate and timely project pricing and quotes, reviews specifications and quantities, coordinates with customers, suppliers, manufacturers, and sales representatives, supports margin optimization, manages CRM opportunity activities, and helps improve project conversion and customer outcomes.

Provides customer service and sales support for an electrical wholesale branch. Responsibilities include managing sales orders, quotes, and customer projects; responding to customer inquiries; making follow-up calls; building supplier relationships; and maintaining margins. The role also delivers in-store solutions and experiences, works Monday through Friday with alternate Saturday mornings, and offers opportunities for career development.

Provides customer service and internal sales support while assisting with warehouse operations, order processing, stock receiving, picking and packing, deliveries, inventory accuracy, and branch safety. The role serves electrical trade and commercial customers, prepares quotes, processes sales orders, recommends products, supports the sales team, and maintains showroom and warehouse organization.
