Manage project quote requests by reviewing specifications, preparing accurate pricing, coordinating with customers, suppliers, manufacturers, and sales representatives, and optimizing margins. Monitor project opportunities in the CRM, support project conversion, verify orders against specifications and quantities, and contribute to positive customer outcomes.

Provides customer service and internal sales support to electrical trade and commercial customers. Responsibilities include preparing quotes, processing orders, recommending products, supporting branch sales, receiving and dispatching stock, picking and packing orders, loading and unloading deliveries, maintaining inventory, cleaning work areas, and completing local deliveries safely. The role requires collaboration across showroom, warehouse, and delivery functions while following workplace health and safety procedures.

Provide excellent customer service for a busy branch by managing sales orders, quotes and projects; respond to enquiries and follow-ups; build supplier relationships; support sales growth through product knowledge and teamwork to meet branch performance targets.
